2.1 Resume Parsing and Analysis

Our AI systems automatically parse and analyze candidate resumes to extract structured information including:

  • Educational background and qualifications

  • Certifications and achievements
  • Career progression patterns

2.2 Candidate Ranking and Matching

Our AI models analyze candidate profiles against job requirements to generate:

  • Ranking of candidates to help employers prioritize applications

2.3 AI Limitations and Human Oversight

While our AI is designed to assist in the recruitment process:

  • AI rankings are advisory only - final hiring decisions are made by employers
  • We continuously monitor and improve our models to reduce bias
  • Candidates can request human review of AI-generated assessments
  • Employers remain responsible for compliance with employment laws

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform's core recruitment services
  • Process job applications and facilitate employer-candidate communication
  • Generate AI-powered insights, rankings, and recommendations
  • Improve our AI models and Platform functionality (using aggregated, anonymized data)
  • Send you relevant notifications (application status, new job matches, Platform updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
  • Conduct research and analytics to improve our services (with anonymized data)

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 With Employers

When you apply for a job, we share your application materials (resume, cover letter, responses to screening questions) with the employer. Employers act as data controllers for this information.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers
  • Email and communication services
  • Analytics and monitoring tools
  • Payment processors (for employer subscriptions)
  • AI model hosting and computing infrastructure
